Karen visited me on site, came for a site walk and engaged me in conversation, in a way that I did not know at the time, was gaining an understanding of my knowledge. This was done so casually, that I assumed I was just taking her for a site walk. Her questions were casual, but relevant to the qualification I was trying to obtain. Karen’s knowledge in construction is second to none.
The RPL process and mapping was explained in a user friendly manner, and a list was given to me to put the RPL together, that was very easily accessible through my past experiences. I highly recommend QBCC express. The approach taken is highly professional, effective and efficient.
